Overview

  • Our client is looking for a highly analytical and execution focused Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and funnel optimization for our B2B business.
  • This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and analytics, with ownership of generating qualified pipeline and improving conversion across the customer journey.
  • The ideal candidate combines data driven decision making with hands on execution and has experience scaling growth for B2B SaaS, technology, services, manufacturing, or enterprise focused businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive lead generation across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Develop and execute account based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, webinars, events, and partnerships.
  • Build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Analyze the end to end customer acquisition funnel.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement growth initiatives.
  • Improve lead to opportunity and opportunity to customer conversion rates.
  • Optimize customer journeys through experimentation and testing.
  • Track and report key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, and revenue contribution.
  • Build dashboards and generate actionable business insights.
  • Conduct cohort analysis and channel performance reviews.
  • Use data to recommend growth opportunities and resource allocation.

Desired Profile

  • 4–8 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or Growth Analytics.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Technology, Enterprise Services, Manufacturing, Fintech, or similar industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and dashboarding platforms.
  • Experience managing digital acquisition channels and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.
