- Own and drive lead generation across inbound and outbound channels
- Develop and execute account based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, webinars, events, and partnerships
- Build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
- Analyze the end to end customer acquisition funnel and identify conversion bottlenecks
- Implement growth initiatives to improve lead to opportunity and opportunity to customer conversion rates
- Track and report key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, and revenue contribution
- Build dashboards and generate actionable business insights
- Manage digital acquisition channels and performance marketing budgets
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or Growth Analytics
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Technology, Enterprise Services, Manufacturing, Fintech, or similar industries
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and dashboarding platforms
- Experience managing digital acquisition channels and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation strategies
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution

- The ideal candidate combines data driven decision making with hands on execution and has experience scaling growth for B2B SaaS, technology, services, manufacturing, or enterprise focused businesses.
Key Responsibilities

Desired Profile
