Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
- Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree on course corrections with manager
- Partner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
- Engage with peers and District Manager and cross functional teams to improve product knowledge
- Demonstrate understanding of industry and healthcare trends, and how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate
- Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion
- Report customer activity in CRM system and ensure customer profiles are up to date
- Operate within agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
- Continuously develop product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self learning and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical industry in a sales related job
- Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
- Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication
- Relevant local legal qualification
- Oncology or Hematology experience preferred

Basic Qualifications

- Hold self accountable for achieving established goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences.
- Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles.
- Exposure to interactions with various fields and organizational levels.
- Exposure to project management principles.
- Proven resilience in sophisticated environments.
- Proven high learning agility.
- Oncology or Hematology experience is a preference.
