About the Role
Amgen seeks a Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative to promote products in the Immuno-Bone Unit in Dubai. The role involves developing territory plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
- Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with manager
- Partner with cluster/territory teams and Marketing, Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
- Engage with peers and District Manager and cross functional teams to improve product knowledge
- Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate
- Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion
- Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date
- Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance for selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
- Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
- Seek inputs and assistance to prioritize activities in a timely fashion and follow up with customers
- Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self learning and active participation in agreed training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales related job
- Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
- Proficiency in English in both oral and written communication
- Relevant local legal qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in specialty care therapy area
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in UAE
- Experience in endocrinology / ophthalmology fields is preferred

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales related job.

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Hold self accountable for achieving established goals.
- Demonstrate time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in specialty care therapy area.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in UAE.
- Experience in endocrinology / ophthalmology fields is preferred.
- Experience in both public and private sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences.
- Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles.
- Exposure to interactions with various fields and organizational levels.
- Exposure to project management principles.
- Proven resilience in sophisticated environments.
- Proven high learning agility.
