- Own the quality, consistency, and experience of coffee for every guest
- Deliver craft and coffee knowledge including beans, origins, brew methods, and milk texture to the same standard every cup
- Move fast during peak service without cutting corners, keeping the coffee station clean, stocked, and compliant
- Engage naturally with guests, sharing passion for coffee without lecturing
- Work in sync with the bar, floor, and kitchen, always communicating and supporting
Requirements

Your Profile
- 2 3 years of experience as a barista in a quality focused, high volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of espresso based drinks, brew methods, and coffee origins.
- English is a must. French or another language, even better.
