- Drive awareness and engagement for the LPM brand in Doha through innovative marketing strategies
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and implement campaigns
- Collaborate with the local team to organize and promote events
- Develop high quality, on brand materials for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, local trends, and opportunities
- Monitor and analyze the success of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and social media metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or luxury dining
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Passion for fine dining, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences
