- Proven experience at least as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fine dining or high end restaurant
- Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure kitchen environment

Job Description
- As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
