Role Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable hospitality to guests and teammates.
- Dial in espresso, prepare latte art, and use various brewing methods.
- Manage inventory.
- Maintain the work area and perform daily maintenance of coffee and espresso equipment.
- Mentor team members on coffee preparation, professionalism, patron service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Implement shift protocols and train baristas for efficient and friendly service.
- Cultivate positive, proactive relationships with coworkers.
- Taste drinks made by the team to maintain standards and develop the palate.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Support smooth and well-presented café operations.
- Help design signature and specialty coffee and drink preparations.

Experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a high-end third-wave coffee environment.
- Highly skilled in brewing, espresso, latte art, specialty drinks, and other aspects of coffee preparation.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay starts from AED 2,800 per month, with compensation based on experience and skills.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
