Kitchen Preparation
- Prepare breakfast items, sandwiches, acai bowls, and other menu items according to the chef's direction.
- Measure ingredients accurately during preparation.
- Chop, peel, and wash vegetables and fruits.
- Assist the chef with plating according to instructions.
Ingredients and Inventory
- Verify and receive requested meal ingredients, checking completeness and quality.
- Record inventory and report depleted or low supplies to the supervisor.
- Sort and discard expired food or meal ingredients from storage areas.
- Unbox, unpack, and organize deliveries.
- Store food and meal ingredients properly.
Kitchen Hygiene
- Clean the kitchen and perform basic cleaning duties.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are properly sanitized.
Experience
- Two years of food and beverage experience is required.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,300 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
