- Promote and demonstrate 3M products to customers.
- Engage shoppers and explain product features, benefits, and applications.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Maintain product displays, shelves, and promotional materials according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
- Ensure accurate pricing, product placement, and merchandising standards.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and in store activations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Promoter, Sales Associate, Retail Sales Executive, or similar customer facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Experience in retail stores, hypermarkets, electronics, consumer goods, FMCG, or promotional activities is preferred
- Good presentation and customer engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of merchandising and inventory management
- English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage

Job Overview
