OPERATIONS-SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in Windows, Linux, AWS. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Good documentation habits and communication skills. • Attention to detail and a proactive operational mindset. • Monitor system performance and identify downtimes along with underlying causes
SKILLS
- Require 7-12 years of technology experience. • At least 5-7 years of experience in AWS Cloud Operations with large multinational organisations. • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, SSM, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch). • Expertise in OS patching, configuration management, and hardening. • Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python). • Experience troubleshooting system performance, networking, and logs. • Strong understanding of cloud operations and ITIL/operational best practices. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate) are highly desirable • Having a Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification or Red Hat Certified System Administrator is beneficial.
