Responsibilities
- Manage supplier qualification process including questionnaires and gap analysis
- Conduct desktop analysis and screening of business partners
- Perform supplier risk rating and escalate findings
- Develop supplier audit plans and participate in on site audits
- Monitor supplier ESG performance and prepare reports
- Update policies and procedures for responsible sourcing
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, compliance, and sustainability teams
Requirements
- Experience in ESG compliance, responsible sourcing, or supplier due diligence
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks (ASI, UN, OECD, EU)
- Experience with supplier audits and risk rating
- Familiarity with SAP and Ariba

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier qualification: sending questionnaires, evaluating responses, follow up.
- Run desk top analysis on selected business partners as part of qualification process.
- Screening of suppliers/customers through Refinitiv when needed.
- Critical analysis of due diligence findings, including supplier engagement and follow up investigations.
- Collaborate with procurement teams on critical findings.
- Work closely with legal and compliance departments on relevant issues.
- Maintain supplier qualification templates and processes.
- Carry out supplier qualification audits when needed.
- Develop supplier audit plans on a yearly basis.
- Participate in on site audits and development of improvement plans.
- Risk rating of suppliers and escalation/liaison internally.
- Monitoring and tracking of ongoing supplier performance.
