Job Summary
Seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect with 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design, project coordination, and construction administration.
The role leads projects from concept through completion and coordinates multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through concept design, design development, construction documentation, and site execution.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and design quality.
- Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues.
- Review material selections, shop drawings, and contractor submissions.
- Mentor junior architects and support team development.
- Participate in client presentations and project meetings.
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
