- Lead architectural design process for projects related to Landscape, Station, Depot, and Buildings
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, and construction professionals
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Engage with clients to understand vision and requirements, providing expert advice
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional licensure as an Architect
- Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, with focus on Landscape, Station, Depot, and Buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Experience on large scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with local and international building codes
- LEED accreditation or equivalent preferred
- UAE or GCC experience preferred
