About the Role
SYSTRA is hiring an Architect in Doha, Qatar, to coordinate design activities and manage interfaces across disciplines for major construction projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, a valid Qatar MMUP Grade A, and at least 8 years of experience in architectural coordination.

Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Architect in day to day coordination of design activities and deliverables
- Act as a liaison between architecture and other disciplines (structural, MEP, civil, and systems) to ensure fully coordinated design packages
- Track the progress of design submissions, responses, and approvals, ensuring timely delivery in line with project schedules
- Review and compile inputs from various disciplines before client submissions to verify completeness and consistency
- Participate in coordination and technical meetings, documenting key decisions and following up on required actions
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and design review materials for client
- Support in managing comments tracking (e.g., DRS), and documentation control related to architecture
- Ensure that design outputs comply with project standards, codes, and authority requirements
- Maintain accurate tracking of architectural and multidisciplinary deliverables
- Ensure coordination issues are identified early and resolved collaboratively
- Provide consistent communication and reporting to the Senior Architect and Project Manager
- Contribute to maintaining the quality and efficiency of design submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural coordination or multidisciplinary project environments
- A valid Qatar MMUP Grade A in Architecture is required
- Experience in design and construction of major projects, including residential complex, residential and industrial buildings, interior and exterior design
- Knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Qatar civil codes (QCS, Civil Defence Requirements, NFPA standards, etc.)
- Able to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil works, MEP, ICT, etc.
- Proficient in architectural software: BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Full proficiency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an asset

Context
- As an Architect, you will play a key coordination role within the project team, supporting the Senior Architect in the delivery of complex architectural project.
- Your primary focus will be on managing design interfaces, ensuring consistency across disciplines, and facilitating communication between internal teams, clients, and external consultants.
Missions/Main Duties

Profile/Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural coordination or multidisciplinary project environments.
- A valid Qatar MMUP Grade A in Architecture is required. MMUP card evidence to be provided with the CV application.
- Experience in design and construction of major projects, including residential complex, residential and industrial buildings, interior and exterior design.
- Knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Qatar civil codes (QCS, Civil Defence Requirements, NFPA standards, etc.).
