Responsibilities
- Manage and administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contractual documents, subcontracts, and agreements
- Handle day to day contract administration and contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Prepare, review, submit, and follow up on IPCs for approval
- Monitor project cash flow and support commercial reporting activities
- Prepare and manage variation orders or change requests including drafting, review, submission, negotiation, and approvals
- Handle EOT submissions, claims preparation, evaluation, and supporting documentation
- Review contractual risks, conduct contract scrutiny, and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Support commercial management activities including cost monitoring, claims management, and dispute resolution
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper documentation and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contracts administration/commercial management within construction or engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial practices
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- MRICS qualification preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish language preferred

Missions/Main Duties
- Manage and administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions.

Profile/Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contracts administration/commercial management within construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial practices.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- MRICS qualification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish language is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
