About the Role
AECOM is hiring a Senior Site Architect in Abu Dhabi to oversee architectural aspects of large-scale construction projects. You will ensure design intent is realized on-site, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction site to ensure that the architectural design is implemented correctly and according to the plans
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site, making adjustments to plans as necessary
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the project
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience in supervision and project administration of architectural works related to large scale projects within Middle East in the consulting industry
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent
- Membership of a recognized institution (e.g., PE/PEng, CEng) preferred
- LEED GA or AP certifications would be a plus
