- Manage and support construction systems applications (including O3), driving digital enablement initiatives
- Deliver project based support for data processing aligned to Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Work Face Planning (WFP)
- Configure, implement and administer construction systems, including installations, upgrades and system support
- Coordinate data requirements across EPC stakeholders and manage integration of models, schedules and third party data
- Create client specific templates, specifications and reporting outputs
- Support integration with third party applications and client systems
- Provide coaching and training to project teams and end users
- Contribute to system rationalisation, tool selection, and special project implementations
- Monitor system adoption, usage and performance to drive continuous improvement
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate with digital, operational and project teams
- Maintain deep system knowledge and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and project outcomes
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Work Face Planning, and construction workflows
- Understanding of 3D CAD systems (e.g. E3D, SP3D) and model/data structures
- Experience integrating systems, managing data interfaces and supporting digital construction environments
- Strong understanding of EPC project delivery, workflows and data requirements
- Proven ability to lead system implementation, improvement and adoption across projects
- Collaborative leadership style with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Forward thinking mindset with a passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement
- A recognised degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Commitment to health, safety and environmental best practice

- We’re looking for a Senior Applications Technical Specialist (Construction Systems) to join our Digital Project Delivery team.
- In this role, you will optimise project delivery across its lifecycle by leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of construction systems, supporting advanced work packaging and digital construction initiatives.
- This role can be based in any of our Australian Worley office locations.
