About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Lending domain systems (LendPerfect, Intellect, Oracle-based platforms) for a banking client in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents by coordinating with vendors and internal IT; manage end to end issue resolution.
- Support SIT/UAT, ensure smooth cutover from projects to production, and provide hypercare.
- Review vendor solutions for alignment with technical and project requirements.
- Guide business users on system functionality and capabilities.
- Drive Problem and Change Management activities and maintain runbooks/knowledge base.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in IT within banking, including 1–2 years directly handling application systems and technical production support for lending/card platforms.
- Strong hands on experience with Lending domain systems: LendPerfect, Intellect, and Oracle based loan/card platforms.
- IBM WebSphere administration and deployment workflows.
- Unix/RHEL and Java knowledge for application support.
- Oracle Database 19c: SQL development and performance tuning.
- Messaging: IBM MQ (queues), Topics, and related messaging frameworks.
- Basic knowledge/usage of REST APIs and MQ queues within integrations.
- Solid grasp of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Ability to operate in a 24x7 production support environment and handle high pressure situations.

- Role focuses on production support and change delivery for Lending (Loan Onboarding) and Cards platforms using LendPerfect, Intellect, and Oracle based systems in a 24x7 environment.
