Role Summary
The Senior Engineer – Application Lifecycle Owner is responsible for end-to-end ownership of .NET based applications hosted on Microsoft Azure and others within the Securities Services domain.
The role owns the full application lifecycle—from functional and technical design through build, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
• Application Ownership & Engineering Oversight
- Own applications end-to-end across design, build, release, production stability, enhancements, and technical roadmap.
- Act as the single accountable owner for application health, performance, compliance, documentation, and knowledge sustainability.
- Provide technical leadership for .NET and Azure-based solutions, with hands-on intervention when required.
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs. Domain, Design & Delivery Support Apply strong Securities Services domain expertise (IPO, Share Registrar, Fund Registrar).
Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience owning and managing enterprise applications across the SDLC in Banking or Financial Services, including vendor led delivery models.
- Proven experience improving SDLC speed, quality, and first time right outcomes through AI assisted and automated engineering practices (e.g., AI supported analysis, design, code review, testing, and documentation).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation to reduce cycle time, rework, and defects, while maintaining regulatory, security, and governance standards.
- Strong experience governing engineering quality and delivery efficiency across .NET and Azure based applications.
