- Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users
- Configure and deploy laptops/desktops and provide post implementation support
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 issues
- Log, update, and manage incidents using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Support and troubleshoot Bloomberg Terminal applications
- Set up and troubleshoot Audio Visual systems and meeting rooms from scratch
- Ensure timely issue resolution while meeting SLA targets
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal
- Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
- Experience with Audio Visual systems and meeting room setup
- Proficiency in Windows OS, hardware, software, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
