Deliver data analytics, automation, and AI solutions for Wealth stakeholders.
Understand business questions, articulate business cases, and estimate the value delivered by analytics solutions.
Work independently on complex tasks and use judgment to diagnose and solve problems within established rules.
Key responsibilities
- Design analytics and automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, and AWS AI capabilities.
- Identify trends and patterns and provide insights through reporting and data visualization.
- Optimize, refine, automate, and scale analysis into repeatable analytics solutions and decision support tools.
- Build reporting dashboards using suitable data extraction, cleaning, and visualization techniques.
- Select, configure, and implement analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability.
- Improve data visualization and transform raw data into actionable business insights.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and evaluate existing visualization systems.
- Develop visualizations of large datasets for decision makers.
- Document data flows, systems, and processes to improve business and group processes.
- Develop tools and deliver training for reporting tools and self-service analytics to non-analytical users.
Technical qualifications
- Foundational proficiency in SAS, SQL, Power BI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Anaconda, Python, PySpark, AWS, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Proficiency in data visualization, data storytelling, data mining, creative thinking, and problem solving.
- Skills in creativity, insights development and design, communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision making.
Experience and education
- Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong new graduates with a postgraduate degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or computer science may be considered.
- Technical proficiency may be gained through education or business experience.
Compensation
- The salary range is $55,500 to $120,000.
- The position is salaried; compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications.
- Total compensation may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other rewards.
