Role Overview
Own the end-to-end business product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for BMO's shared Digital Assets Platform.
Build enterprise capabilities across tokenization, digital payments, distributed ledger technology, digital asset settlement, and related infrastructure.
Partner with business, technology, operations, and control functions to create secure, compliant, resilient, commercially viable products.
Platform Strategy and Roadmap
- Evolve the platform strategy, multi-year build plan, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Define reusable capabilities across products, business lines, networks, and jurisdictions.
- Monitor market structure, client demand, competition, and regulatory change to inform product decisions.
- Make build, buy, and partner recommendations with engineering, architecture, procurement, and enterprise stakeholders.
Use Cases and Commercialization
- Identify and prioritize use cases with client value, strategic relevance, and credible economics.
- Map client initiation, onboarding, money movement, settlement, servicing, reconciliation, reporting, and support journeys.
