About This Team

  • The Business Resilience team is responsible for strengthening the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, and recover from geopolitical risks and disruptive events.
  • We partner across functions to develop risk mitigating strategies, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate crisis response efforts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor global events and emerging risks, assessing their potential impact on lululemon’s strategy and operations.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to conduct enterprise readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies to enhance resiliency to business disruption risks.
  • Lead and contribute to risk related projects and initiatives, including capability maturity assessments, scenario planning, and tabletop exercises.
  • Produce executive level risk reporting and briefings for senior leadership.
  • Support crisis response and critical incident management, including real time incident assessments, stakeholder coordination, and post event reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Risk Management, International Relations, or a related discipline).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business resilience, risk management, or consulting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple initiatives and project timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in creating professional and executive level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Typical hiring range: CAD 88,200 115,800 annually

  • This role is classified as In person under our SSC Workplace Policy: In person collaboration and/or office based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4 5 days per week depending on role requirements.
