Responsibilities
- Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to iteration
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead development of AI powered products and intelligent workflows for government and enterprise
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business stakeholders
- Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing
- Translate business problems into detailed product requirements, user stories, and prototypes
- Prioritize product backlog and manage releases based on business value
- Define KPIs and success metrics, monitor product performance, drive improvements
- Collaborate with AI Engineering teams to evaluate and implement LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents
- Drive stakeholder alignment across technical teams, leadership, and government partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products
- Hands on experience managing AI powered or Generative AI products
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI model evaluation, AI assisted product development
- Experience working closely with software engineering and cross functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- Senior AI Product Manager based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Lead the development of AI powered products and intelligent workflows for government and enterprise use cases.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.
- Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, workshops, and usability testing to validate product decisions.
- Translate business problems into detailed product requirements, user stories, and prototypes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
- Hands on experience managing AI powered or Generative AI products.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI model evaluation, AI assisted product development.
- Experience working closely with software engineering and cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
