Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for document automation, customer segmentation, or risk assessment
- Implement scalable ML pipelines for production deployment
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI models into workflows
- Build automated CI/CD pipelines for ML model lifecycle management
- Monitor deployed model performance, accuracy, and fairness
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, pipelines, and processes
- Participate in SRE setup and provide after hour support as needed
- Stay up to date with latest advancements in machine learning
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
- 2+ years hands on experience in model development and optimization
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools
- Hands on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs
- Strong understanding of NLP tasks
- Experience with data pipelines using Apache Spark or Pandas
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Excellent communication skills
