Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain integrated Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) programs and policies
- Conduct comprehensive hazard identification, risk assessments, and analysis
- Design and oversee hazard control processes and preventive programs
- Lead incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions
- Perform regular safety audits and inspections
- Develop and deliver safety training programs and awareness sessions
- Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14000/14001 standards and Saudi Arabia regulations
- Collaborate with teams to integrate SHE considerations into project planning
- Develop and implement environmental management strategies
- Represent management during regulatory inspections and audits
- Mentor and support junior safety personnel
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Safety, Health & Environment roles
- Demonstrated expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, and hazard control programs
- Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive safety and environmental management systems
- Experience conducting incident investigations

- Proven experience in designing and implementing SHE management systems.
- Experience conducting incident investigations.
