Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for the stadium
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for staff and contractors
- Manage emergency response planning and coordinate with local authorities and emergency services
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local Saudi Arabian and international HSE regulations and standards
- Oversee environmental management initiatives, including waste management and sustainability programs
- Implement and oversee crowd management strategies for large scale events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in large scale facilities or stadiums
- In depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to stadium operations, including local Saudi Arabian regulations
- Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at our state of the art stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for the stadium.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for staff and contractors.
- Manage emergency response planning and coordinate with local authorities and emergency services.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local Saudi Arabian and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Oversee environmental management initiatives, including waste management and sustainability programs.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with event organizers and stadium management to ensure safety during sports events and other large gatherings.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging HSE trends in stadium management.
- Implement and oversee crowd management strategies for large scale events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in large scale facilities or stadiums.
- In depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to stadium operations, including local Saudi Arabian regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HSE software and data management tools.
- Familiarity with stadium operations, crowd management, and sports event safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
- Experience in managing safety aspects of large scale events and crowd control.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
