Responsibilities
- Monitor preventive maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems, elevators, BMS, generators, and civil assets
- Verify completion and quality of maintenance activities through site inspections
- Track recurring defects, conduct initial root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor SLA and KPI compliance for hard services operations
- Review and validate vendor reports, technical logs, and maintenance records
- Support asset lifecycle planning, warranty tracking, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation, inspection reports, and performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant technical certification
- 5 8 years of Facilities Management experience in Hard Services / MEP environments
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety Systems, and BMS
- Experience working with FM service providers
- Familiarity with CAFM systems such as ServiceNow, Maximo, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
