About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage full accounting operations in a fast-paced F&B environment. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP, UAE accounting, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage full accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL, and month end/year end closing
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle daily sales reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions in Odoo ERP system
- Manage inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Monitor food cost, wastage, and operational expenses
- Ensure full UAE VAT compliance and FTA reporting requirements
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial discipline
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management for decision making
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy of work
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years UAE accounting experience
- Minimum 3 years F&B industry experience
- Strong hands on experience in Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems
- Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and FTA regulations
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting and F&B cost control
- Experience in financial reporting and month end closing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree

Role Purpose
