- Plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Stay up to date with latest social media trends, viral challenges, memes, and platform updates
- Develop creative content ideas that align with marketing objectives and brand identity
- Manage company's social media accounts and maintain consistent posting schedule
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
- Monitor social media performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations
- Capture photos and videos during company events and behind the scenes activities
- Identify opportunities to grow followers, increase engagement, and improve brand visibility
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation (fresh graduates with strong portfolio encouraged)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
- Proficiency in content editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling abilities
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, film, edit, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral challenges, memes, and platform updates
- Develop creative content ideas that align with the company's marketing objectives and brand identity
- Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media performance using analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations
- Capture photos and videos during company events, product launches, and behind the scenes activities
- Identify opportunities to grow followers, increase engagement, and improve brand visibility
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice and values
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social media platforms

- Creative, organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content when required
Working Hours
- Full time (5 days per week)
- May require occasional evening, weekend, or event coverage.
