- Design and decorate cakes according to customer requirements and company standards
- Work with fondant, buttercream, royal icing, sugar flowers, and other decorative techniques
- Prepare and assemble cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions
- Ensure all products meet quality, presentation, and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- Assist with cake consultations and provide creative design suggestions to customers
- Manage decorating supplies and report inventory needs
- Meet production schedules and deadlines, especially during peak periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in cake decorating, pastry arts, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Cake Artist (required)
- Knowledge of various cake decorating techniques and tools
- Strong artistic and creative abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if required

Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and skilled Part Time Cake Artist to design, decorate, and finish custom cakes and desserts for special occasions. The ideal candidate has experience in cake decorating, attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually appealing edible art.
Key Responsibilities
