Manage cash flows, improve collections, monitor costs, and support executive decision-making with accurate financial information.
Financial Management
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Prepare executive reports for management.
- Prepare and analyze cash flows.
- Prepare budget estimates.
- Monitor profitability for each project.
- Analyze financial variances.
Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily collections.
- Prepare 90-day cash flow plans.
- Prioritize payments and manage working capital.
- Monitor daily liquidity.
Project Management
- Monitor project costs and compare budgets with actual costs.
- Track disbursements and analyze profitability for each project.
- Issue weekly project reports.
Financial Control
- Review expenditures and approve purchase orders.
- Monitor contracts and funds.
- Reconcile bank accounts and track receivables and payables.
Reporting
- Prepare a daily CEO dashboard and weekly executive report.
- Prepare monthly financial, cash flow, project profitability, and KPI reports.
- Performance is evaluated on report accuracy, reporting speed, forecast accuracy, collection improvements, account closure, working capital, and management information quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Experience in contracting companies is preferred.
- Good knowledge of disbursements and contracts.
- Experience in VAT and Zakat.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- ERP experience is preferred.
- Power BI experience is an additional advantage.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, cash-flow management, cost control, budgeting, financial planning, and business analysis.
- Analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
