Role Overview
Senior Accountant/Arabic role focused on daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
The role uses Zoho Books and supports accounting, inventory, audit, and compliance activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books, including entering invoices, expenses, and receipts.
- Prepare monthly and annual income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and automate banking transaction integration with Zoho Books.
- Generate VAT-compliant tax invoices and handle VAT processing through Zoho.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and issue account statements for clients and vendors.
- Coordinate inventory audits and integrate stock data with the accounting system.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide required data and reports for the annual audit.
- Prepare and present financial performance reports to management.
- Ensure integration with Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory where applicable.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies and local and international accounting standards.
Experience and Qualifications
- Practical experience using Zoho Books accounting software.
- Four years of Senior Accountant experience is preferred.
