Role Overview
Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting for Mazaj Trading.
The role uses Zoho Books and supports compliance, audit coordination, and management decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoices, expenses, receipts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and client and vendor statements.
- Prepare monthly and annual income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and performance reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, integrate banking transactions, and support inventory audits.
- Generate VAT-compliant invoices and process VAT transactions through Zoho.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide required annual audit data and reports.
- Support integration with Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho systems where applicable.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies and local and international accounting standards.
Requirements
- Practical and advanced experience using Zoho Books is required.
- Good knowledge of IFRS is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and accounting integrations is preferred.
- At least 4 years of Senior Accountant experience is preferred.
- English and Arabic are preferred languages.
- A driving license is preferred.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
