Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, service excellence, and team accountability.
• Develop self and others through coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
• Strong accounting and IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, internal controls, and regulatory and tax compliance.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role; five years is preferred.
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle and preparing financial statements under IFRS.
• Experience in accounting, reporting, auditing, taxation, or financial advisory.
