About the Role
DataMax AI and MaxAccelerate are seeking a commercially driven Senior Account Executive to drive AI software sales, professional services, and technical recruitment within the IBM Maximo ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Identify and target companies using IBM Maximo, IBM MAS, Enterprise Asset Management, EAM, CMMS and asset intensive software platforms
- Build a pipeline of enterprise clients across industries such as facilities management, utilities, transport, rail, aviation, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, public sector and real estate
- Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, Asset Management Directors, Maintenance Directors, Reliability Managers, Operations Leaders and Procurement teams
- Introduce MaxAccelerate's Maximo consulting, implementation, upgrade, support and professional services capability
- Support the sale of DataMax AI software, AI reporting, analytics, dashboarding and automation solutions to Maximo clients
- Source, qualify and build relationships with experienced Maximo consultants, developers, and specialists
- Manage and grow existing network of over 2,000 Maximo professionals globally
- Match technical profiles to client opportunities and sell consultant profiles, project teams and delivery capability
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, candidate notes and client activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, software recruitment, professional services recruitment, technology sales, software sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales or enterprise solution sales
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs, exceeding targets and consistently delivering commercial results
- Strong business development experience, ideally selling into enterprise or mid market clients
- Experience opening new accounts, building pipeline and progressing sales conversations
- Confidence speaking with clients, candidates and senior decision makers
- Strong LinkedIn, email, phone and networking skills
- Good commercial understanding of day rates, margins, contract recruitment, permanent recruitment, consulting services, SaaS or professional services sales
- Desire to move further into AI software sales and enterprise technology
