Experience Required

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, software recruitment, professional services recruitment, technology sales, software sales, SaaS sales, IT services sales or enterprise solution sales
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs, exceeding targets and consistently delivering commercial results
  • Strong business development experience, ideally selling into enterprise or mid market clients
  • Experience opening new accounts, building pipeline and progressing sales conversations
  • Confidence speaking with clients, candidates and senior decision makers
  • Strong LinkedIn, email, phone and networking skills
  • Good commercial understanding of day rates, margins, contract recruitment, permanent recruitment, consulting services, SaaS or professional services sales
  • Desire to move further into AI software sales and enterprise technology
