About the Role
Max Accelerate Technology Group is seeking an Investor Relations & Business Development Executive to build and manage investor networks and identify new companies for the group. The role requires 1-4 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or capital markets, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of investors including family offices, VCs, angel investors, and HNWIs
- Conduct proactive outreach to introduce MaxAccelerate and its portfolio companies to relevant investors
- Develop and maintain strong long term relationships across the investor community
- Support preparation of investor materials, pitch decks, and deal summaries
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and follow ups
- Assist in managing the fundraising process end to end
- Maintain a CRM of investor contacts, deal flow, and interaction history
- Identify and qualify new companies and founders for the group
- Run outbound outreach to target companies across sectors and geographies
- Attend events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build pipeline
Requirements
- 1 4 years of experience in investor relations, business development, capital markets, or related field
- Some exposure to startup ecosystems, venture capital, private equity, or family office environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage professional networks
- Experience with CRM tools and maintaining structured pipelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self starter mindset with ability to manage multiple relationships
- Commercial acumen and interest in startups and investment
- High attention to detail
