- At least 6 years of experience in coatings or related industry
- Minimum 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong sales and technical service experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Position Overview
- Lead, manage and further develop Protective & Marine Coatings business operations in Abu Dhabi
- Reports to General Manager, based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up business operations of Protective & Marine Coatings
- Lead, manage and develop the organization by delegating and distributing responsibilities
- Participate and contribute actively in the Local Management Team
- Lead, develop and support staff through career development in line with The Penguin Spirit
- Build and effectively lead a Sales organization through hiring, coaching, and retaining employees
- Maintain DSO by ensuring strong payment collection mechanisms
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in coatings or related industry, including 4 years in managerial role
- Strong sales and technical service experience with good knowledge of coatings and business operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborates effectively with cross functional, regional, global, and external teams
- Proactive, well organized, results driven with strong problem solving skills
