- Create regional strategies by partnering with sales, marketing, and category teams; develop toolkits and frameworks to support campaigns across markets
- Develop and deploy communication materials across channels to strengthen Jotun’s positioning and support product launches and local campaigns
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to build branding, messaging frameworks, and integrated communication plans, while guiding execution and KPI tracking
- Monitor and optimize communication effectiveness by analyzing results across exhibitions, PR, digital, and other channels to drive impactful 360° campaigns
- Manage digital presence and content creation, including regional LinkedIn, website, presentations, and maintaining shared platforms and asset banks
- Lead agency coordination and event execution, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and successful delivery of exhibitions, conferences, and customer engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in communications across B2C and B2B, brand management, or public relations, preferably within manufacturing industries
- Experience managing multiple projects, campaigns, and stakeholders efficiently
- Ability to work cross functionally with internal regional and global teams, marketing/brand/sales teams, media, agencies and external partners
- Self driven and proactive individual who takes ownership and solves problems effectively
- Well organized and reliable, with a creative mindset
- Excellent writing and presentation skills

Summary of the Role
- As a Regional Solutions and Communications Manager, you will lead communication and branding activities to strengthen Jotun’s position as the leading paints and coatings brand across 30+ markets in the MEIA region.
- You will drive strategies across key regional performance coating segments by developing effective tools and solutions that impact business results.
- This role reports to the Regional Concept & Communication Manager, and is based in Dubai, UAE.

What We Look For
