Position Overview

  • Develop and manage key customer accounts by promoting Jotun Decorative products, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing sales and technical support.
  • This position reports to the Sales Manager Decorative Projects and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow the customer base through regular market visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and projects to achieve sales targets.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, quotations, and provide product recommendations.
  • Monitor pricing, payments, and customer accounts to achieve profitability and collection targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to deliver excellent customer service.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineer or any related field in sales Engineering.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction field, preferably in paints.
  • Having a UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills to deliver clear ideas and communicate results.
