Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short and long term demand forecasts across all business segments
- Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions
- Translate customer demand into realistic procurement and dispatch plans
- Coordinate supply requirements with multiple production sites worldwide
- Develop, monitor, and analyze planning related KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes using Matrix functionalities
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Production sites
- Lead coordination activities related to product phase ins, phase outs, and portfolio changes
- Actively contribute to monthly S&OP meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, or production planning
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret complex data
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/SAP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization is an advantage
- Fluent English is required
- Arabic is an advantage

Overview

- We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys solving complex planning challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short and long term demand forecasts across all four business segments in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, analyse deviations, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve forecasting performance.
- Ensure demand plans support local, regional, segment, and corporate objectives.
- Translate customer demand into realistic procurement and dispatch plans, balancing customer service levels, inventory targets, transportation capacity, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate supply requirements with multiple production sites worldwide to ensure optimal product availability.
- Manage supply risks proactively by identifying potential constraints and developing mitigation plans.
- Develop, monitor, and analyse planning related KPIs to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide data driven recommendations to improve inventory health, forecast accuracy, OTIF performance, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing meaningful insights from demand and supply data.
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes through effective utilization of Matrix functionalities and implementation of supply chain best practices.
- Support the development of more efficient and scalable planning processes aligned with the Jotun Operations System.
- Ensure accurate master data management and governance within planning systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, or production planning.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into actions.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization is an advantage.
