- Direct assigned show/event segments from planning to live execution
- Coordinate with producers, creative teams, performers, presenters, stage managers, and technical teams
- Review scripts, running orders, cues, content, and segment flow
- Lead rehearsals and ensure all participants understand their roles and timings
- Manage live execution of the segment, including stage movement, camera cues, audio, lighting, LED content, and transitions
- Troubleshoot issues during rehearsals and live production
- Ensure the segment is delivered on time, within the creative direction, and to the required production standard
Requirements
- Experience in live events, TV, entertainment, ceremonies, festivals, or large scale productions
- Strong understanding of show flow, scripting, rehearsals, and live production cues
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure during rehearsals and live events
- English (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)

Overview
- We are hiring for a Segment Director to join our team here in Abu Dhabi.
