- Act as the main point of contact for key clients and manage day to day client communication
- Understand client briefs, objectives, budgets, and expectations for events and activations
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, timelines, and project plans
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, operations, technical, and finance
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client requirements
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts
- Oversee event execution and ensure smooth coordination during live events
- Resolve client issues professionally and ensure high client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government, corporate, and private sector clients
Requirements
- Strong experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within the events industry
- Solid understanding of event planning, production, operations, and execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Experience working with corporate, government, cultural, entertainment, or large scale events is preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Events and Exhibition: 10 years (Required)
- Event planning, production, operations, and execution: 10 years (Required)

Job Overview
- We are hiring for Client Servicing Director to join our team.
- The Client Servicing Director will be responsible for managing key client relationships, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of events from briefing stage to execution.

Pay
- AED 15,000.00 AED 25,000.00 per month
