Role Overview

  • We are hiring for a Business Development/Sales Manager role to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
  • The purpose of this role is to actively generate new business opportunities for the React Events, with a primary focus on the Events and Exhibition Stand sectors.
  • This role is designed for an individual who is proactive in the market, capable of opening new doors, building senior level relationships, identifying upcoming opportunities, and converting introductions into qualified business leads.

  • Exhibition Stand Design and Build
  • Launch Events
  • Festivals and Public Events
  • Actively identify companies (private and public) that procure these services and develop relationships with the relevant decision makers.

  • Open conversations with new prospects
  • Build relationships from zero
  • Cold outreach and direct introductions
  • Request and lock meetings
  • Following up persistently
  • Identify upcoming projects before they reach the market
  • Understand clients procurement and tender cycles
  • Develop relationships with decision makers
  • Know how to convert relationships into business opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5–8 years of Business Development or Sales experience
  • Strong UAE market experience
  • Experience within Events, Exhibitions, Exhibition Stands, Experiential Marketing, Advertising, or related industries
  • Existing relationships within the UAE corporate or government market
  • Strong understanding of the events and exhibitions procurement environment
  • Proven ability to generate new business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (he needs to be presentable and talkative in both English and Arabic)
  • High level of confidence when approaching senior decision makers
  • Strong follow up
  • Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline

Pay

  • AED 12,000 AED 15,000 per month
