- Manage day to day client communication and maintain strong client relationships
- Receive client briefs and coordinate with creative, production, operations, and supplier teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines
- Support business development by identifying upselling and new project opportunities
- Manage project budgets, supplier coordination, and client approvals
- Ensure smooth event delivery from planning, production, onsite execution, and post event reporting
- Attend client meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and live event execution when required
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, or experiential marketing
- Strong client servicing, communication, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of event production, timelines, budgeting, and supplier management
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Arabic (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- UAE driving license (Required)

Role Overview
- We are hiring for Account Manager Events to join our team here in Abu Dhabi.
- As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of events from brief to execution.
- The role acts as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
- Receive client briefs and coordinate with creative, production, operations, and supplier teams.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines.
- Support business development by identifying upselling and new project opportunities.
- Manage project budgets, supplier coordination, and client approvals.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 15,000.00 AED 20,000.00 per month
