About the Role
We are hiring an Account Manager for events in Abu Dhabi. You will manage client relationships, coordinate event delivery from brief to execution, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and deadlines.

- Manage day to day client communication and maintain strong client relationships
- Receive client briefs and coordinate with creative, production, operations, and supplier teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines
- Support business development by identifying upselling and new project opportunities
- Manage project budgets, supplier coordination, and client approvals
- Ensure smooth event delivery from planning, production, onsite execution, and post event reporting
- Attend client meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and live event execution when required
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, or experiential marketing
- Strong client servicing, communication, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of event production, timelines, budgeting, and supplier management
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Arabic (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- UAE driving license (Required)

Overview
- We are hiring for Account Manager Events to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
