The role safeguards property and supports a safe working environment for guests.
The role oversees daily physical security operations for hospitality properties.
The role supervises outsourced security personnel during the assigned shift.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations and activities during the shift.
- Evaluate security operation requirements, prioritize work, and coordinate assignments.
- Delegate tasks, projects, investigations, and inspections.
- Ensure security tasks follow service, safety, and operational procedures.
- Manage incidents and conduct incident investigations.
- Conduct operational threat and risk assessments.
- Monitor service-provider efficiency.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- At least 3 years of experience in the security industry or as a security guard, including UAE experience, is required.
- At least 2 months of documented formal security training or 5 years of experience in a similar role in another country, including military or law enforcement experience, is required.
- Completion and certification of 12 years of secondary education are required.
