Responsibilities
- Conduct all operational housekeeping tasks in accordance with service standards and procedures.
- Provide timely order taking and delivery of guest requests.
- Proactively prevent guest complaints and provide appropriate service recovery when needed.
- Communicate proactively with fellow Ambassadors while prioritizing guest interests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar or related field in a five-star hotel.
- At least one year of experience at the same level.
- Proficiency in English.
- High school diploma or higher secondary qualification.
