Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar or related role in a five-star hotel.
- At least one year of experience at the same level.
- Proficiency in English.
- High school diploma or higher secondary qualification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct operational housekeeping tasks according to service standards and procedures.
- Provide additional assistance and service support when needed.
- Take and deliver guest requests promptly and accurately.
- Prevent complaints and provide service recovery when needed.
- Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors while prioritizing guest interests.
