The function is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a highly empowered environment.
The role represents the brand throughout the guest journey and supports a flawless stay from check-in through check-out.
The role aims to make guests happy advocates of the Rooms and other facilities.
Qualifications
- A genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence is required.
- At least four years of hospitality industry experience is required.
- At least two years of supervisory experience or similar experience in a five-star hospitality environment is required.
- At least a high school diploma is required.
- A college degree in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
- One to three years of experience in a similar position in a five-star hospitality company is required.
Performance Expectations
- Conduct all Front Office operational tasks in line with service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to support guest satisfaction.
- Prevent complaints and ensure appropriate service recovery when needed.
- Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors while prioritizing guest interests.
